Representation rooted in the reality of work
ICT Officer β European Parliament
Every day I work with the tools and systems that keep the Parliament running. This position gives me a direct view of the operational needs of staff and of what, concretely, works β or needs to be improved.
Close to the ground
Being an ICT Officer means being in constant contact with colleagues from every DG. I listen to their difficulties, I understand their expectations, and I carry their concerns to where decisions are actually made.
Simplification & modernisation
Challenges evolve β our methods must evolve too. I bring a pragmatic vision: less administrative complexity, more modern and suitable tools, at the service of staff, not the other way around.
Constructive dialogue with the administration
Defending firmly, without falling into sterile confrontation. I believe in constructive social dialogue: speaking plainly, but always with the goal of obtaining real, concrete results.
Results-oriented
Promises are not enough β what counts are concrete improvements. I commit to working on specific issues, with clear deadlines and rigorous follow-up.
Available & engaged
Availability, listening and energy: three essential qualities for genuine representation. I am ready to put my time, my experience and my dynamism at the service of each colleague.
At the heart of the tools that keep the EP running
ICT Officer at the European Parliament
I currently work as an ICT Officer β a position at the heart of the systems and tools that allow everyone to do their job. A technical role, but a deeply human one: behind every ticket, every request, there is a colleague who needs a solution.
In contact with the realities of every staff member
Organisation, tools, operational needs, the need to be heard and valued β I see every day what works and what needs to improve. This experience is an asset to bring forward proposals grounded in real working conditions.
Seriousness, energy and pragmatism
I do not believe in grand declarations with no follow-through. My approach: identify concrete problems, propose realistic solutions, and move forward step by step with determination. That is how you actually make things change.
A trade union commitment with R&D
I chose R&D β Renouveau & DΓ©mocratie because this union defends all staff without exception, with transparency and respect. Values that match my vision: a representation that is constructive, honest, and turned towards action.
