In 2021, I joined the European Parliament as Head of Press and Spokesperson for a political group, a role I held for four years — right at the centre of the institution's political life and its everyday realities.

I now work in the Cabinet of the Secretary-General, overseeing key communications matters — a privileged vantage point from which to understand the structural challenges faced by staff across every DG.
