A European Parliament official since 2005, I have dedicated more than 13 years to defending and representing the staff of our institution as an elected member of the Staff Committee. Over these years, I have built solid, in-depth expertise in institutional bodies, collective bargaining and the protection of staff rights.
As President of R&D – Renouveau & Démocratie and First Vice-President of the Staff Committee, I commit every day with determination to ensuring that every colleague is heard, respected and defended when facing decisions that affect their professional life.
