One year as a member of a European Commissioner's cabinet, responsible for relations with Parliament — a valuable experience for understanding the specificities of interinstitutional relations.

For 6 years, I have examined annually the finances and personnel directorates across all EU institutions, agencies and the EP itself — telework, burn-out, training, competitions, well-being at work.
