Listening as a foundation
Colleagues have always come to me spontaneously to talk, share their difficulties or ask for advice. Without it being formalised, I have always played a role of support, guidance and sometimes mediation.

For the past year, I have been serving as a union delegate within R&D — putting my experience and human sensitivity to work for colleagues who need support.

European Commission — 5 years
My first experience in the European institutions, which gave me an understanding of how the EU works and laid solid foundations for my career.
Liberal Political Group — ALDE/Renew
Fifteen years within the liberal political group, in a demanding and dynamic environment — a school of adaptability, collaboration with diverse profiles, and resilience.
Management Assistant — DG LINC
After successfully completing the career bridge (passerelle), I was recruited as Management Assistant in DG LINC, contributing to the setting up of the secretariat of a newly created directorate.
