Train (SNCB)
The Brussels-Luxembourg station is closest to the EP, just 4 minutes on foot.
- IC lines — Namur, Liège, Leuven, Ottignies, Arlon…
- S4, S8 — Suburban network (Mechelen, Aalst, Halle, Wavre…)
- Trains every 5 to 10 min at peak hours
Métro (STIB)
- Maelbeek — Lignes 1, 5
- Schuman — Lignes 1, 5
- Trône — Lignes 2, 6 (10 min à pied)
First metro to the EP: line 1 from ~5:30am.
Bus (STIB)
Stop Luxembourg (Place du Luxembourg) served by many lines:
- 12, 21 — vers l'aéroport de Bruxelles
- 22, 27, 34, 38, 64, 80, 95 — réseau urbain
Brussels Airport (BRU)
- Train — Brussels Airport → Brussels-Luxembourg, ~25 min
- Bus STIB 12, 21 — direct service to the European quarter
- Taxi — ~30-45 min depending on traffic (~€45)
Charleroi Airport (CRL): ~1h by bus shuttle.
Strasbourg — Access to the EP

- Tram E — Stop « European Parliament »
- Bus H — Direct line to the EP
- Bus 6, 30, 72 — Stop « Droits de l'Homme »
During plenary sessions, a sympopass may be provided for Strasbourg public transport.
CTS Strasbourg →Strasbourg-Entzheim Airport (SXB)
- Shuttle from Baggersee station — bus every 15 min
- Total journey airport → centre: ~15 min
- Central station: Tram A ou D
⚠️ The sympopass does not cover the airport shuttle.
Bruxelles ↔ Strasbourg ↔ Luxembourg
High-speed train
- Bruxelles-Midi → Strasbourg — TGV, ~3h40
- Bruxelles → Luxembourg — IC direct, ~3h (ou TGV via Metz ~2h10)

The EP runs institutional buses between Brussels and Strasbourg during plenary weeks:
