For any security emergency inside EP buildings: fire, accident, illness, suspicious package, evacuation. Works at all three workplaces (Brussels, Strasbourg, Luxembourg).
⚠️ In case of fire alarm: leave the building without running, follow security staff instructions and proceed to the assembly point.

To report a non-urgent security incident (suspicious behaviour, access issue, technical failure), contact DG SAFE:

EP Medical Service
Occupational medicine — Brussels
The medical service is located in the ASP (Altiero Spinelli) building. It provides:
- Preventive and occupational medicine consultations
- First aid and medical emergencies
- Pre-employment and periodic medical check-ups
- Vaccinations (including seasonal flu)

In Luxembourg, the medical service is in the KAD (Konrad Adenauer) building. Same services as Brussels. Wellness rooms are available in the Adenauer and Tower A buildings.

Lost or stolen badge
What to do immediately?
- 1. Report the loss/theft immediately to security for deactivation
- 2. In case of theft, file a police report
- 3. Go to the badge office (DG SAFE) with ID
- 4. A temporary badge can be issued at the security post
Good to know
- A valid ID is required to access EP buildings
- Photos/videos allowed in visitor areas, prohibited in security zones
- Some areas have video surveillance in accordance with EP policy

If the fire alarm sounds: leave the building immediately without running. Follow the instructions of evacuation volunteers (fluorescent vests). Go to the assembly point. Do not use the lift.
